We do not offer any refunds or exchanges on online purchases that have been shipped outside of Nova Scotia. For products purchased online and shipped within Nova Scotia, we will only conduct refunds or exchanges in-person at our retail location in Halifax, Nova Scotia. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Although we take care to package our products safely and securely, we cannot be held responsible for the handling of our parcels once they have left our possession. Any damages that occur during transportation, as well as lost or stolen packages, will not be considered our responsibility and will not be refunded or replaced.
